On the 5th of November 2014 at approximately 1022pm Officers from Patrol Services observed a motor vehicle travelling at a slow rate of speed on St Andrews Terrance, officers initiated a traffic stop and spoke to the driver.
Officers detected an odour of alcohol and determined that the driver’s ability to drive was impaired by alcohol. Arrested for Driving a motor vehicle while Ability Impaired by alcohol and Driving with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood is Pavlo Panasenkov 24yrs of 360 Town Line Rd. Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He will appear in Court on the 8th of December 2014.
Shoplifter likes to smell nice
On the 5th of November 2014 at approximately 3:25pm Patrol Services attended at Sears Station Mall located at 293 Bay Street Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario with regards to a Young Offender Shoplifter. It is alleged the accused stole Lacosse Cologne value $78.00 and was apprehended by security and held for police. A 14yrs old male was charged with Theft under $5,000 and will appear in Youth Court on the 9th of December 2014.
