On the 4th of November 2014 at approximately 4:05pm Patrol Services arrested Simon Joseph BARNES 19yrs of 49 Borron Ave. Apt#1 Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario for Assault, and Unlawfully in a Dwelling. It is alleged the accused attended a downtown residence, entered and assault a female victim known to him. The victim was assaulted by being pushed down to the floor and punched several times in the back of the head. The victim did not require any medical attention. Accused will appear in Court on the 8th of December 2014.
Three Counts
On the 4th of November 2014 at approximately 7:42pm Patrol Services arrested a 37yrs female for three counts of breaching her Probation Orders in the north end of the City. Officers attended the accused residence with regards to a call for assistance. The domestic investigation revealed the accused had breached her Probation Order by not keeping the peace and being of good behaviour, consuming alcohol and breaching a non-communication order issued by the Ontario Court of Justice. The accused will appear in Bail Court today the 5th of November 2014.
Not Good Behaviour
On the 5th of November 2014 at approximately 12:40am Patrol Services arrested a 19yrs male for two counts of Breaching his Probation Order in the downtown area of the City. Officers attended the accused residence with regards to a call for assistance to check on the well being of the victim. The domestic investigation revealed the accused had breached his Probation Order by not keeping the peace and being of good behaviour and breaching a non-communication order issued by the Ontario Court of Justice. The accused will appear in Bail Court today the 5th of November 2014.
