On the 23rd of December 2014 at approximately 8:40pm officers from Patrol Services attended the Walmart Store located at 293 Bay Street with regards to a trespassing complaint.
Further investigation revealed that the female officers were dealing with had an outstanding Arrest Warrant for Theft under $5,000. In addition, upon arrest police located on the accused a number of stolen clothing items that were taken from the Walmart Store and a stolen purse that was taken from Beauty Tips in the Cambrian Mall on the 22nd of December 2014.
Charged with three counts of Theft under $5,000 and Possession of Stolen Property Obtained by Crime is 33yr old Shannon BOYER of 461 John Street SSM. She will appear in Bail Court later this morning.
