On the 6th of December 2014 at approximately 1:19pm Patrol & Traffic Services responded to a snow machine accident in the area of Wallace Terrance and Allen Side Road.
The investigation revealed the driver of the snow machine was travelling along a snow machine trial and lost control resulting in the driver being ejected and the snow machine striking a fixed object.
The driver suffered minor non-life threatening injuries; the driver was taken to the Sault Area Hospital for medical treatment. The accident resulted in moderate damage to the snow machine. The accident is still under investigation.
