On December 12, 2014 City Police responded to an alleged impaired driver in the west end of the city. Officers found a female in the snow bank.
Officers found the accused to be in an intoxicated state. Further checks revealed that the vehicle had been taken without consent. The accused Celesta Fleury-Vincent age 21 of no fixed address was arrested for impaired driving, consuming over the legal limit, theft over $5000 and possession of stolen property over $5000.
The accused will appear in wash court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on December 13, 2014.
