25 year old Candace Miron of no fixed address was arrested by City Police on December 3rd for theft and possession of a debit card, obtain credit under false pretenses and breaching conditions of her probation.
It is alleged the accused stole a debit card from a person known to her, made purchases in excess of $1900 with the card and then deposited 2 empty envelopes into the victim’s account and again withdrew an additional $1600 from that account knowing that amount was not in the account.
She will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
