Passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, December 26, 2014 in his 90th year.
Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline. Caring father of Scot (Ruchellie), Kevin (Christine). Grand-dad of Sawyer (10) and Lane (8). Predeceased by his brother Dr. Martin Hagen.
Born in Dunfirmlin, Scotland, Ken served four years in the British Army. He graduated from University of Edinburgh in 1952 and qualified as a pharmacist. In 1957, he immigrated to Canada where he met the love of his life. Together they had two sons of whom he was very proud. He loved them dearly. During his long career at Woolco Pharmacy, he serviced all of Sault Ste. Marie’s long term care residents and the general population. He retired with the distinction of Pharmacist Emeritus in 1990.
