In the early hours of December 12th City Police officers attended to an east end address regarding a noise complaint.
Investigation revealed that a male was in an apartment of a female known to him when he was on conditions not to be. It was also determined that the accused was not residing at an address he was directed to be at as well.
He was charged with 2 counts of breaching a domestic related Recognizance and will be appearing in Bail Court on December 12th.
