Officers on routine patrol stopped a vehicle just after 3 am this morning on McNabb Street. Officers noted that the driver showed signs of impairment and the male was arrested.
At the time of the offence the accused on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behavior. 46-year old Les Nagy of 216-352 Dacey Road has been charged with one count of consume over the legal limit and one count of breach of probation.
He will appear in court on January 19th.
