OPSEU is conducting an Information Rally at David Orazietti’s Constituency office, 423 Great Northern Road on December 12 at noon.
OPSEU is in bargaining at the moment with the Wynne Liberal government. The Ontario governments’ initial proposal to the OPS is nothing short of a gateway to privatization.
OPSEU held a strike mandate vote on December 3, 4, & 5th. The result was 91% in favour of providing our bargaining teams with the option to call a strike as they see fit.
As our teams go back to the tables with this mandate in hand we continue to put pressure on the Wynne Liberal government to end privatization and treat the employees of the Ontario Public Services with dignity and respect.
