On December 26, 2014 at 11:50 p.m., Kevin Caswell, 19 years, of Goulais Avenue was arrested and charged with Breach of Undertaking.
One of the conditions of the undertaking required Mr. Caswell to abide by a curfew and be in his residence between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
He was arrested on Wilding Avenue. after Police responded to that area due to a report of a disturbance.
