The Civic Centre Social Fundraising Committee held its annual Christmas Coffee Break & Bake Sale December 17. City employees paid $5 to enjoy donated baking and the opportunity to wear their best jeans!
The event was a great success, raising over $1,000 in support of the St. Vincent de Paul Place – Children’s Program. Nat Cicchelli, General Manager, St. Vincent De Paul Place, accepted the donation presented by Joe Fratesi, on behalf of City employees.
The annual Christmas Coffee Break & Bake Sale is one of many activities organized by the Fundraising Committee in support of local charities.
