On December 9th shortly before midnight Patrol Officers were called to a west end residence for a domestic disturbance.
Officers learned that a male had assaulted his girlfriend and caused damage to a door in her home. Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 28 year old male with Assault and Mischief under $5,000.00.
He will appear in court on December 10th.
