With heavy hearts, we announce the peacefully passing of Louise with her family by her side at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the age of 69.
Beloved wife and best friend of John for 51 years. Loving mother of Valerie Giardino (Claudio) and Jamie. Proud and cherished Gramma of Samantha Barbour, Brianna and Noah Giardino. Daughter of the late Louis and Barbara Yandryk. Dear sister of Lillian Peden (Al) and the late Alex Yandryk (late Jean). Daughter-in-law of John and the late Jesse Barbour. Sister-in-law of Betty Caron (Bernie). Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Thank you to Dr. Grosso, Dr. Leahey and the nurses on 3B for their care and compassion shown to Louise.
At the family’s request, there will be a private family service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.
Because of Louise’s love for animals, memorial contributions to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
