SaultOnline.com has learned of an incident in the downtown area late Thursday afternoon. Though details are still sketchy, news from the scene indicate a medical emergency of a possible heart attack involving a female passenger in a vehicle. Sault Fire Fighters were seen applying lifesaving techniques to a female before the ambulance arrived. The status of the female is not known at this time.
