City Police arrested 3 males today on 3 separate domestic related incidents. Early this morning officers attended to a west end residence and arrested a 52 year old male for 2 counts of assault and three counts of threatening. It is alleged the accused pushed a female victim known to him at their residence twice in the past year and also threatened to kill her 3 times over the same time period. He was released on conditions after an appearance in WASH Court and will be appearing in Provincial Court January 21st.

In the second incident, officers attended to a downtown residence and arrested a 24 year old male on an outstanding warrant for breaching conditions of a release order which prohibited him from being within 100 metres of the complainant. He will be appearing in WASH Court tomorrow.

The 3rd incident involved an argument between a 37 year old male and his spouse which involved him throwing a cordless phone at her. He was subsequently charged with mischief and assault with a weapon and will be appearing in Provincial Court on February 11th.
