On the 5th of January police observed a female in the parking lot of 266 Korah Rd that was wanted for failing to appear court on theft charges. When arrested by the officers the accused resisted arrest and upon search of the accused a morphine pill was located.
31 year old Julie Kelly of 314 Albert St. East was additionally charged with resist arrest, possession of a controlled substance and breach of probation. She will appear in Bail Court today.
