Passed away unexpectedly, at the Sault Area Hospital, on December 31, 2014 at the age of 64.
He was born in Fort William, Ontario on March 28, 1950. Elwood is survived by his loving wife Linda. Lovingly remembered by his children Elwood (Tonya) Morris, Trish Morris (Brock Thivierge) and Matthew Morris. Adoring grandfather of Kyle and Kelsey Morris and Tatum Thivierge. He will also be missed by his siblings Gloria (Gerald) Wirstiuk from Thunder Bay, Lynda Green (Late Mike), of St Catharines, , Leonard (Tammy) Morris of Waterloo, Ione and Neil Chickoski from Thunder Bay and Philip Morris. Predeceased by his brother Tim Morris from Thunder Bay. Brother In Law of George (Beth) Norfolk. Son of the late Thomas and Lillian Morris. Elwood was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his many friends around Sault Ste Marie.
His endless whit, charity and smile will not soon be forgotten by many. The family would like to thank the Sault Paramedics, the doctors, nurses and staff at the SAH ICU department for all their kindness, care and respect given to Elwood and our family during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his memory can be made to The Soup Kitchen or The Salvation Army.
