On January 18, 2015 a 44 year old male attended at his estranged girlfriend’s residence and had a conversation with her.
The accused is on both a probation order and bail recognizance order from domestic incidents which prohibit the accused from attending at the victim’s residence or communicating with her in any way. The accused also has a condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
Police were called and the accused has been arrested and charged with two counts of breaching his recognizance and three counts of breaching his probation order. The accused will appear in bail court on January 19th.
