56 year old Trevor Dodds of Hamilton Ontario was charged with consuming over the legal limit in the early morning of January 18th. It is alleged that patrol officers observed the accused’s vehicle idling and parked in front of a downtown business.
Further investigation and observations led the officer to request Mr. Dodds provide a breath sample into a roadside screening device which in turn registered a fail. As a result, the accused was transported to the City Police station and produced readings over the legal limit in the Intoxilyzer.
He will be appearing in Provincial Court on February 23rd.
