On the 22nd of January 2015 at approximately 7:55 pm officers from Investigation Services located and arrested 20 year old Shantelle WEBSTER of 823 Wellington St. E #2 for theft under $5000.
It is alleged that she had stolen a purse while at the casino on the 18 January 2015.
She will appear in court to answer to the charge on the 23rd of February 2015.
