On the 23rd of January 2015 at approximately 5:00pm officers from Patrol Services attended a centrally located residence for a domestic dispute. Police investigation revealed that the accused had entered the victim’s residence unlawfully and further breached a number of release conditions.
The accused was on a Recognizance with conditions not to communicate with the victim, attend her residence, not to molest, harass or annoy the victim and lastly not to consume alcohol. Charged is a 36 yr. old male with four counts of breaching his Recognizance and Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House. The accused will appear in WASH Court later this morning, the 24th of January 2015.
