On January 3 city police conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of Boundary Rd and Trunk Rd. Investigation revealed that a male in the passenger’s seat was wanted for two counts of theft under $5000 and 3 counts of breach of probation.
It is alleged that the accused 25 year old James Bolan of No Fixed Abode attended at H. R. Lash on October 11th 2014 and stole a jacket. It is further alleged that he stole a X- box from Shoppers Drug Mart on Great Northern Rd. on the 8th day of December as well.
The accused was also on a probation order at the time of the offences. He will be appearing in Weekend and Statutory Holiday (W.A.S.H) court on January 4.
