On the 10th February 2015 police arrested 23 year old Jestin Ryan of Fairview Avenue.
It is alleged that between 21st December 2014 and 23rd December 2014 the accused was unlawfully in possession of a MasterCard credit card. The accused attended at various stores in the city of Sault Ste. Marie charging a total of $828.00 fraudulently on the card.
The accused has been charged with fraudulently using a credit card and will appear in court on March 16th.
