Early this morning officers on Patrol observed a vehicle drive south through the stop sign at Pine St. and McDonald Ave.
The vehicle proceeded south on Pine St. and then east on Wellington St. at a high rate of speed. The vehicle turned south on Kohler St. and eventually ended up on a snowbank on Queen Street East.
There was also a passenger in the vehicle at the time but neither the driver nor passenger received any injuries. 23 year old Andrew McDonald of 141 Kohler St was charged with Dangerous Driving and will be appearing in Provincial Court on March 16th.
