On February 23, 2015 at 5:20 a.m. City Police were dispatched to the area of Glasgow Avenue regarding a male subject going through vehicles.
Police received a description of the male subject and followed footprints that lead to the arrest of the accused. The accused also entered vehicles on Spadina Avenue. The accused Sandy Kayra Shaganash age 18 of 74 McKenzie Avenue stands charged with one count of attempt theft, two counts of theft under $5000.00 and three counts of trespassing by night.
The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on February 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
