A 16 year old male was arrested and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged the male wrote graffiti on a building located on Second Line West on the 12 of January. He will appear in court on March 17.
Won’t Leave
On February 8, 2015 police were called to Top Hat Bar on Queen St. East for a person to be removed. When police arrive they attempted to get the male to leave but he refused to do so. When officers tried to arrested him for failing to leave premises when direct the accused resisted the officers. Charged with trespassing under the Trespass to Property Act and Resist arrest is 22 year old Daniel Estrada of 407 Northern Ave. He is to appear in court on March 16.
