On the 21st of February at approximately 11:30 pm patrol officers checked a vehicle on Second Line East in the area of the Water Tower Inn with 2 male occupants.
Further investigation revealed a small amount of marihuana and toking devices on both persons. One of the males was also on Probation. As a result, 21 year old Austin Pelletier of Echo Bay was charged with roubleof a controlled substance and 2 counts of breaching conditions of being in possession of a controlled drug as well as failing to keep the peace and be good. 19 year old Corey Fedeli of Terrance Ave. was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.
Both males will be appearing in Provincial Court on March 23rd.
