Volunteer in April and Support Canadians Living with Cancer

0

The Canadian Cancer Society of Algoma are currently looking for volunteers to sell daffodil pins at various locations throughout Sault Ste. Marie.

To some, the daffodil is just a flower. To us, it is a symbol of strength and courage, a symbol of life. It says we will not give up. It says we will fight back. It says we will beat cancer.

Fight Back with Your Time
Volunteers Needed

April 4th, 2015
April 9th – 11th, 2015
April 16th – 19th, 2015

“As few as two hours could make all the difference in the life of someone facing cancer. When you help sell daffodils pins, or canvass door-to-door for a donation for the Canadian Cancer Society during Daffodil Month this April, you will help save lives and support those living with cancer.”

The money raised during Daffodil Month helps us fight back against cancer by doing everything we can to prevent cancer from ever happening in the first place, funding research to outsmart cancer and empowering, informing, supporting and improving the lives of Canadians living with cancer.

Please give a Few Hours of your Time this April
