A car ended up hitting a building in the downtown area of Bay and Elgin late Thursday. Sault Ste. Marie Police and Fire Services and EMS attended to the collision. It is unknown what caused the collision or if there were any injuries. The vehicle came to a rest hitting a cement stairs.
