On March 13, 2015 at 4:40 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged Kelsy Frolich, age 22 of 1519 Third Line East with Uttering a Forged Document and Breach of Probation. It is alleged that on March 2nd the accused attended a pharmacy with a forged prescription attempting to get it filled. She will appear in court on April 2nd.
Domestic Assault
On March 13, 2015 AT 3:35 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 41 year old male with two counts of domestic Assault. It is alleged that in December of 2014 and July/August 2013 he assaulted the victim. He will appear in court on March 14th.
No One Home
On March 13, 2015 at 8:34 pm Detectives arrested and charged Joseph Martone, age 56 of 198 Wellington St. W., with Breach of Recognizance. Officers checked his residence and found he was not there, in contravention of his court imposed curfew. He will appear in court on March 14th.
