On March 8, 2015 Sault Ste. Marie Police officers arrested 19 year old Dakota Mitchell of Goulais River.
t is alleged that in the early morning hours the accused became involved in a dispute with a male on Queen Street East in the downtown area.
At one point in the dispute the accused grabbed the male victim and threw him through the front window of a local business smashing the window. The accused has been charged with assault and mischief.
Mitchell will appear in court on April 13.
