Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in solving mischief at Mark’s Bay.
In the fall of 2014 unknown persons cut down numerous trees and hauled them from the Mark’s Bay Conservation Area located off Airport Road. In the past few weeks several harvested trees were pulled and left on the road along with signs being taken down and burned in a fire pit.
The Sault Ste. Marie Conservation Authorities remind the public no fires, no overnight camping, no alcohol and vehicles must be parked in the parking lot while using conservation areas.
