OPP confirm that parts of a missing plane have been found south of Sudbury.
A small plane with a pilot and two passengers went missing yesterday, a search began late Tuesday.
OPP say the fuselage of the Piper aircraft was found south of the Sudbury airport with other debris. OPP now confirm at 2:50pm that three bodies were found at the site of the crash.
The plane, which was headed to North Carolina, was attempting to make an emergency landing just before 4 p.m., Ontario Provincial Police say.
