On the 24th of February,23 year old Andre Marcil of no fixed address threatened to kill and burn down the house of a female known to him. He also breached a condition of a Probation order he was on since 2013.
Early this morning officers attended to Macs Mart on McNabb St regarding a suspicious acting male, who turned out to be the accused and as a result he was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Threatening and Breach of Probation.
He will be appearing in WASH Court later this morning.
