Guy Nabbed For Outstanding Fraud Charges


City Police officers on Bike Patrol observed a male in the downtown area who they knew was wanted on outstanding fraud charges.

It is alleged that 30 year old Ryan Moll of First Ave. failed to perform work after being paid by the victim back in May. The accused also provided the victim with a false quote.

As a result Mr. Moll was charged with one count of Fraud and one count of Uttering a Forged Document and will be appearing in Provincial Court August 17th
