Sault Ste. Marie’s historic commercial district will be buzzing on Saturday, August 29 as the Downtown Back To School Carnival takes over Queen Street.
Queen Street will be closed from Elgin Street to Bruce for the free event, which runs 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Downtown Back To School Carnival will offer bouncy houses, food, carnival games, prizes, arts & crafts, a photo booth, a hockey shootout with Dash the official Soo Greyhounds mascot, and more.
The event is brought to you by The Summit, in partnership with Faithlife Financial, Scissors, Glassworks, Northland Music, Mann Florist, Shabby Motley, Algoma Bicycle and Uppercutz.
