Jack CampbellPeacefully, with family by his side at the Sault Area Hospital, Jack Campbell has reunited with the love of his life, June.

Loving father to Donna Campbell Reed, Colleen Bennett, and John Campbell (Cathie). Special Pupa to Kimberly Folz (Wyatt), Jack Reed (Amanda), Richard Bennett (Melody), Jodie Lind (Bryce), Bill Bennett, Jonathan Campbell, and James Campbell (Stephanie) and seven great-grandchildren. Jack is predeceased by his parents William John and Ilva Campbell. Dear brother of Ilva Prince ( Albert ) and the late Ivan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jack was Past President of The Downtown Rotary SSM. He was appointed by John Rhodes to chair the Conservation Authority. Jack was also Past President of the Progressive Conservative Party SSM and served on the Family Services Board. A proud Veteran of WWII RCAF and RCRs, he was a Legion member of Branch 211 in Bruce Mines.

He owned and operated Modern Music, the Joketique and E.J.’s Arcades in both SSM and Elliot Lake. He and June opened Country Cottage Ice Cream Parlour in Bruce Mines where they have been residents for over 30 years.

At Jack’s request there will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Jack’s Life will take place at a later date.

The family would like to thank the Doctors and nurses of the Thessalon and Sault Area Hospitals ( third floor ) for the wonderful care that Jack received.
