The Sault From Another View: Civic Centre

In 1974, the brand new Civic Centre was the kick start to a waterfront revitalization. The new multi-storey bronze building was then joined by the Station Mall, the Holiday Inn Hotel, office buildings, a new downtown marina and removal of the trader’s metal scrap yard. Gone were the endless tank farms scattered along the waterfront replaced with new green space and the beautiful¬† boardwalk. In this episode of The Sault From Another View, with thanks to Aerial Virtual Optics, ¬† we feature the Bronze Beauty, The Civic Centre at 99 Foster Drive.
