Two Charged With Theft

On the evening of August 18, 2015 patrol officers responded to a report of a shoplifter at a business in the north end of the city. Investigation resulted in the arrest of 43 year old James SYRETTE of Morin St. It is alleged SYRETTE was observed leaving the store with over $100 in merchandise he had not paid for. He is charged with Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation. He will be appearing in court September 21, 2015.
On the evening of August 18, 2015 patrol officers located and arrested 24 year old Paul QUESNEL wanted on warrants for Theft Under $5000. It is alleged that on 2 occasions in July and August of this year QUESNEL attended a local business in the central part of the city and was observed on video stealing merchandise valued at over $100. He is charged with 2 counts of Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation. He will be appearing in court September 21, 2015.
