On October 3rd City Police attended in the area of Grand Blvd. and Northern Ave regarding 2 intoxicated males.
Officers were able to locate the 2 males, who appeared to be intoxicated as well as wet and muddy. Both males were wearing clothing and had items in their possession that did not seem to belong to them. A short time later, City Police received a call about a residence being broken into in the vicinity of where these two males were located. Further investigation led officers to believe that the two males were responsible for breaking into a residence in the 500 block of Morrison Dr. and had several items in their possession which was taken from that residence as well as items from a vehicle parked at another residence in the area.
As a result, 21 year old Michael Rivers of Cambridge Pl. and 20 year old Alex Panco of no fixed address have both been charged with 1 count of break and enter and 2 counts each of theft and possession of stolen property. They will be appearing in WASH Court on October 4th.
