Generous citizens of Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, will want to get out to Canadian Tire today, right up until closing tonight at 11 pm. The Sault Ste. Marie Professional Firefighters Association is greeting folks at the entrances to Canadian Tire on Great Northern Road to support their campaign. “Fill the Boot for Muscular Dystrophy”. Sault Professional Firefighters Joe May, Frank Mancuso, Dave Boucher, Murray McGrath, Jim Culizza, and Chris Gillespie were braving the cool wind this afternoon, all in support of the important work for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. Way to go gentlemen! Saultonline appreciates everything you do.
A steady stream of generous Saulites were also making their way to ‘Country 104.3 Stuff a Bus for Christmas Cheer 2015.’ The City Transit Bus will be parked and accepting gifts right up until closing tonight in the parking lot of Canadian Tire. Swing by the bus and say hello to Bill and Dawn, City of Sault Transit Services. They are wonderful representatives for Sault Transit Services. Thank you for sharing your time to support the annual Christmas Cheer campaign.
