BOISSONEAU, Joseph Wilfrid (Migizi Nini) (Gay-go-bah-nah)

How very blessed he was to be born into this world on December 10, 1928 and to pass on to the West for his spirit journey on December 10, 2015.

Our Daddy was so very loved and respected by his babies: Willie, Bob, Keith (Janet), Julie, Lorrie, David (Tamara) and Robert. Joe was the last surviving child of the late Charlotte (Pine) and Stephen Boissoneau. Great grandson of Chief Augustine Shingwauk. Joe was very fortunate to be loved by two beautiful women, our mother late Elva (Abotossaway) Boissoneau and late Miss Audrey. Joe was predeceased by brothers and sisters Adelaide (late Isadore), Rose, Anna, John, Theodore, Thomas (late Anne) and Ronald (Gloria). Papa – Mishomis to Eagle, Wolfie, the late Starr, Anne (Dave), Dawn, Cody (Amaya), Leah, Billy (Barb), Robby (Jenna), Brandon, Marla, Becky, Danielle, Jennifer, Beth, Logan, Bobbi-Jo, Charlotte, Shasta and Jordan. Great grandfather of 32. Devoted uncle to our “sisters”: Gloria-Jean, Rhonda, Karen and Joanie. Best friend of Danny-Boy Pine.

Dad’s service will be officiated by Gordon Waindubence.

A very sincere thank you (miigwech) to: Sherry, Carol, Tessa, Chantal, Para-med nurses , Dr. Tull and Fratesi and Vicki Blanche.
