Arrested for Fraud
On December 21, 2015 City Police arrested a male, age 30 for 3 counts of fraud. Â It is alleged that on December 7, 8, and 10 the male attended a local bank and made 3 deposits knowing the envelopes did not contain any currency. Â On each occasion the male did withdraw Canadian currency. The male will appear in bail court on December 22, 2015 at 10:00 am.

Fail to Provide Breath Sample
On December 19, 2015 at approximately 2:55 a.m. a patrol officer from the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police Detachment (OPP) stopped a car travelling north on Belleau Lake Road. Â Investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of further police investigation Ricki-Lee TOULOUSE, 25 years, of Massey, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
- One count of Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
- Once count of Fail or Refuse to Provide Breath Sample contrary to section 254(3),(5) CC.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie on January 25, 2016.
