Smashing into vehicle and pedestrian, leaves scene


On December 9, 2015 at 2:30am officers arrested 23 year old Taylor Corboy of Third Line West.

It is alleged that at 2am the accused was leaving an East end bar and struck another vehicle in the lot. The accused recklessly drove his vehicle out of the lot failing to remain at the accident. The accused returned to the lot a short time later and again drove his vehicle dangerously in the lot striking a pedestrian and failing to remain at the second accident scene.
Officers observed the accused’s vehicle driving at a high rate of speed on Second Line West and conducted a traffic stop.

Upon contact with the driver officers determined that the accused ability to operate the motor vehicle was impaired.

The accused has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, operate a vehicle with excess blood alcohol, two counts of dangerous driving and two counts of failing to remain at an accident.

The accused will appear in court on January 11th.
