July 6, 1945 – January 9, 2016 – It is with heavy, saddened hearts, Gail’s family announce her passing. With her family by her side and just as she had lived her life, quietly and gently.
Loved by husband Edgar for 54 years. And together their children, Jim (Georgina), Emile (Karen), Anita (Dan), and Monica (Brian) are left to mourn their Mom knowing how blessed they were to have her in their lives. Cherished and adored by her Grandchildren, Dustin, Kelsey, Eli, Ryan, Reneé, Jack, Jake, Madison, Tanner, Wesley, and Cameron.
Special Great Grandma to Alister and Daisy. Daughter to the late Eva and William Moore. Sister to Ellen Russell (late Romeo), Marie Cain (late Maurice), the late Lloyd Moore (late Betty), late John Moore (late Audrey) and late Lindsay Moore (Betty).
Gail was born on St. Joseph Island where along with Edgar, they raised their children. She enjoyed knitting and her children and Grandchildren were often treated to her beautiful handywork. Gail drove the high school students bus route several years for L. Reid and R. Pringle.
A huge amount of gratitude and thanks are extended to Amy Shoust, Homecare R.N who was always caring and generous with her guidance in aiding Gail to pass in the comfort of her own home.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Matthews Memorial Hospital would be graciously accepted at Gail’s request.
A service will be held at the Jocelyn Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Thursday January 14, 2016 at 1:00pm, officiated by Pastor Adrien Collins.
