STEVENS-HODGSON – Sway Shirlene Toni (Cubby) Zoonggii Ode KWEZEHN

Passed away at the age of 15 months at Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario with her mom and cousins by her side.

Sway was born with a heart condition called Long QT Syndrome type unknown, and was also diagnosed with Down Syndrome days later.

She had an operation November 24, 2014 and had a pacemaker put in and had visits to Sick Kids in Toronto for her check ups.
