On Wednesday, Feb. 24th, 2016, at Willow Teaching Restaurant, Sault College, Culinary Arts Students wowed Shadows of the Mind Film Festival Gala attendees with amazing edibles. From 6 – 8 pm, Willow was alive with the smells and whiffs of trendy cuisine, created in the teaching kitchens at Sault College. A warm & appreciative sold out crowd was treated to substantial appetizers, selected to represent a diverse appetite, from vegan to vegetarian all the way to serious carnivore. The selection further represented trends in comestibles from a wide global foodie community.
The Multi-Media Centre at Sault College filled up immediately following the Gala with folks waiting to see Infinitely Polar Bear, part of the line-up of films for Shadows of the Mind 2016.
There is still time to take in films. Shadows continues through until Sunday night, Feb. 28th.
By supporting Shadows of the Mind Film Festival, you are further supporting free movies for families in the summer, and other potential learning opportunities or workshops throughout the year.
