Free March Break Fun for Kids and Grandparents

Algoma Public Health, Safe Communities Partnership, and The Seniors Drop-In Centre are inviting children and their grandparents to attend a special performance by The Sault Rising Stars on Thursday March 17th at 1:00 p.m. at the Seniors Drop-In Centre, 619 Bay Street.

SAFETY SUPERHEROES is a theatrical story time presentation recommended for children ages 4 through 10 featuring FREE arts and crafts, theatre, music, and healthy snacks.

SAFETY SUPERHEROES is an intergenerational story that encourages bonding between grandparents and their grandchildren through a fun and interactive safety education presentation…but of course the whole family is welcome to attend!

The children in the audience will not only watch the show; they’ll also have the chance to join The Sault Rising Stars onstage to act out the story with props and costumes. Each child will also receive a “goody bag” with take home activities and a Safety Superheroes Certificate.
