It’s nice to have the winter snow gone already, but we all know Mother Nature likes to fool us too.
The rather warm weather will once again turn cold starting Friday when daytime temperatures plunge to -5c along with rain showers likely turning to snow Friday and into Saturday.
A chunk of cold air is on track to move south over the Great Lakes starting late Thursday, by Friday morning (April 1st) snow showers are expected to accumulate about 4 to 6cm. Yuck!
The cooler air will hold on for the weekend into next week before temperatures rebound back to “seasonal” that’s about 5c.
Believe it or not but flurries continue to be in the forecast through April, the entire month seems to favour the more seasonal temperatures with a sharp turn towards very warm weather developing for the end of the month into May.
